The Member should specify the address and details of the one who can collect the shipment at the time of purchase. At the time of putting the order, the Member has to state full name of the recipient as stated in his / her government approved photograph identification. At the point of delivery the recipient, to gather the physical product, the recipient should give any approved image identification card Delivery shall be created by the courier agent only once the image and name of the recipient is verified and confirmed by such courier agent. To confirm safe and secure delivery of the package the courier agent will note the details of the govt. image identification. The recipient of the package should join forces with the courier agent by providing needed and valid copies of his / her government approved image identification. In case the Member needs the other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he / she must specify details of an equivalent at the point of ordering only. All things shall be delivered directly to the person as given at the purpose of ordering and also the Member cannot (under no circumstances whatsoever) change the recipient details once the order is processed. All shipping charges and different native charges shall be borne by the Member. Recipient accepted delivery shouldn’t accept deliveries wherever the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty. The recipients receiving the delivery should open the package and check its contents before accepted the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall attempt to deliver the item thrice before returning the same to akgemstonebeads.com. All prices for re-shipment and handling within the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address can lead to non-delivery of the product.
