Customer has full Right to return & Refund if delivered gemstone is proved Synthetic/Artificial by any Approved/reputed Gemological Institute or just in case the item delivered isn’t as per the description. Ak Gemstone Beads delivers every Stone with Certificate of genuineness. We don’t entertain return or Exchange in the other case. Ak Gemstone Beads deals in only recent and un-used stones as prescribed for star divination. We don’t Buy-Or-Sell Used Stones. Dealers who buy-back or Exchange used stones, work on totally different Business Model wherever used gemstones are passed on to the next client. Since AK GEMSTONE BEAD deal in astrological Gemstones, we are committed to supply only Pure, recent and Un-Used Gems that are suitable for astrological Purpose. Loose Gemstones can’t be returned Once The Order Is Confirmed And Processed by akgemstonebeads.com Any item returned showing signs of wear and tear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone/entity other than akgemstonebeads.com) or broken in the other manner shall not be accepted for return. Custom orders with engraving, special ring size etc. can’t be accepted for return, refund or exchange. All requests for return of product need to be placed within 10 days from the date of delivery. No return requests when ten days from delivery will be processed.
